Results of the PRAXIS I, II, and VCLA exams. These reports must be submitted.
Transcripts from all schools attended and completed coursework. These must be sealed, official transcripts.
Proof of completion of the Child Abuse and Neglect Recognition and Intervention program.
Proof of completion of Emergency First Aid, CPR with hands-on practice, and AED training and certification.
Proof of successful completion of the Dyslexia Awareness training.
Application fee – As of 2019, the charge is $100 for residents of Virginia and $150 for those who live outside the state. The address on the application determines the application fee.
